Bhartendu Sinha is the founder of inGeniti, Inc. who has worked with private equity, energy, Government, startups and Fortune 50 & other leadership teams, advising on technology, business and M&A needs. In 2019 he won the Best Smart Grid Project Award (Industry) in India. He has served on the Board of Governors of the India Smart Grid Forum.
Bhartendu was earlier Vice President and Managing Director (India) for AutoGrid – a firm recognized by the World Economic Forum and several others as a smart grid analytics pioneer. His focus areas are In Demand Side Management, Energy Storage, MicroGrids, Water Management, and Consumer Experience. He setup and sold smart metering firm Geovas that achieved several firsts in the Indian smart meters market. He setup Ambrado Solutions to deliver leading quality video technology, with his team acquired by and spearheading video IP at NVIDIA. Most recently, he led operations and governance for all delivery and deployment at Smart Energy Water for over 1.4B end users. Bhartendu also had key engineering & business leadership roles at Intel, Texas Instruments & Motorola, creating high impact products and businesses.
Bhartendu has a B. Tech in Electrical Eng. and an M. Tech in Computer Science & Eng. from IIT Kanpur, a Professional Masters in Software and Telecom Eng. from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from IIM Ahmedabad. He holds an Extraordinary Ability based Green Card from the US Govt and is completing a Doctorate in Generative AI & Emerging Technologies.

With deep experience in energy, technology, and media, Francie partners with utilities, technology players, and industry partners to enhance grid stability, electrification, demand response, energy efficiency and other applications. These will enable smart, simple, sustainable, and affordable energy solutions for utilities and consumers.

The inGeniti Moonshot intends to create, globally deploy & support innovative new optimization solutions to resolve key open electricity & water issues.
These inGeniti’s solutions will help to address the issues of electricity and water Capacity availability, Cost of electricity, and Carbon (green color). The solutions will work for any electricity usage devices anywhere – even without any data networks; for all electricity grids; for all consumers and utilities in residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors anywhere; and for the watering of all types of agricultural crops anywhere.
The solutions that deliver this Moonshot are already available or shortly to be launched with inGeniti, Inc. Simplified variants of these solutions, with restricted capabilities, have been developed and deployed by the founder and other leaders/advisors of inGeniti over the past decades, and these provide the expertise and experience needed to realize this Moonshot.
1. inGeniti, Inc. (i.e., the parent firm based in the US and its fully owned subsidiaries in other countries) – this will create and deliver products/solutions/services/brand/proposals. Partner firms for client project execution (ownership & operations independent of inGeniti) – this will contract with Client for project delivery and with inGeniti for its products/solutions/services/brand/proposal.
